Terms of Use

Use AIWebSignals lawfully, protect access keys, and treat every result as a bounded technical observation—not a promise of traffic, ranking, citations, or outcomes.

Acceptance

By accessing or using AIWebSignals, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the public website, scanner, reports, monitoring, guides, activity-discovery features, and related services.

Permitted use

You may use AIWebSignals to evaluate publicly reachable websites and machine-readable resources for lawful technical, educational, and operational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is authorized and complies with applicable law and any obligations you owe to a target's owner.

Prohibited use

  • Do not attempt to access private networks, authenticated resources, credentials, or non-public data.
  • Do not evade rate limits, security controls, execution gates, or access-key checks.
  • Do not use the service to disrupt, overload, harass, surveil, or unlawfully profile another person or system.
  • Do not submit secrets, management tokens, personal information, or malicious payloads as scan targets or support content.
  • Do not misrepresent AIWebSignals results as proof of traffic, ranking, citation, endorsement, security, or legal compliance.

Reports, monitoring, and notifications

Reports describe observations from a particular time and vantage point. Public sites change, networks fail, and third-party behavior is outside AIWebSignals' control. Monitoring requires a valid management key and remains subject to cadence, authorization, capacity, and safety controls.

External email, webhook, and push notifications are not currently active. In-app alert history is available for supported monitoring configurations, and users remain responsible for independently verifying important changes.

Accounts, capabilities, and confidentiality

Some features use one-time access keys instead of an account. You are responsible for protecting those credentials. Anyone who possesses a valid management key may be able to manage its associated configuration. Public scan targets, normalized results, and report links are not designed as confidential storage.

Intellectual property and external services

AIWebSignals and its original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public pages and use your own reports for lawful internal or customer work. Third-party names, standards, registries, analytics, advertising, infrastructure, and linked sites remain subject to their respective owners and terms.

No professional advice or guarantees

AIWebSignals provides technical information, not legal, security, financial, or search-ranking advice. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular search, AI, traffic, citation, monitoring, or business outcome.

Limitation and suspension

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIWebSignals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or reliance on the service. Access may be limited, suspended, or discontinued to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or make product changes.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material revisions will receive a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be directed through the Contact page.

Connected traffic authority and evidence

You may connect CDN, hosting, server, WordPress, or reverse-proxy traffic only when you have authority to configure that source and transmit the resulting request evidence to AIWebSignals. You are responsible for protecting ingestion and management keys and for removing any provider-side connection when it is no longer authorized.

Connected Agent Journeys and AI Impact describe observed HTTP activity and evidence-bounded reconstructions. They do not reveal a third-party model's private prompt, chain of thought, internal reasoning, hidden user task, or business intent. Crawler consumption is not revenue, a citation, a ranking, an endorsement, or proof that content entered a model.

Agent Policy authority and enforcement

You may create or enforce a machine-access policy only for traffic and infrastructure you are authorized to control. Observe and simulate modes do not block traffic. Blocking additionally requires enforcement to be enabled and an authorized customer-side integration that applies the policy decision.

Provider and agent labels may be based on caller-supplied or user-agent evidence and can be spoofed unless stronger verification is available. You are responsible for selecting confidence thresholds appropriate to your infrastructure. Agent Policy itself supports allow, block, and observe actions. Paid access is configured separately through AI Revenue so an access decision is never confused with payment settlement.

AI Revenue terms

AI Revenue is infrastructure for pricing and measuring licensed machine access. Site owners are responsible for having authority to monetize the resources they configure, publishing any applicable license terms, choosing supported payment assets and networks, and complying with tax, accounting, sanctions, consumer-protection, securities, money-transmission, and other laws that apply to their use.

A quote, HTTP 402 challenge, valid payment authorization, or facilitator verification is not revenue. AIWebSignals treats a payment as measured settled revenue only after a configured facilitator reports successful settlement. Token amounts are reported in their configured asset units; AIWebSignals does not infer fiat value, investment value, or exchange-rate value.

Blockchain and facilitator services can fail, reorganize, delay, reject, or become unavailable. Site owners should maintain independent accounting and reconciliation records for material transactions.

Paid subscriptions and sponsorships

Paid AIWebSignals subscriptions are billed through Square under the price and billing cadence shown at checkout. Access to paid product capabilities follows the current subscription state recorded by Square and synchronized to AIWebSignals. Cancellation does not imply an immediate refund and ordinarily takes effect according to the subscription's Square billing cycle.

Advertising and sponsorship arrangements do not purchase favorable research conclusions, crawler classifications, product measurements, or access-policy outcomes. Sponsored placements are labeled and are limited to editorial surfaces designated for advertising.
